Kenya

August 2009

My $10.00 per night room in Busia. I got the Chairman's Suite.

Life in Busia, Kenya.

This young man built his own mud house for no cost and said to me, "I could come to Canada and show people how to build a mud house."

Our congenial hosts in Busia.

We drove over the Equator in Kenya which was marked by this structure.

Blessings precious Pastor Barry. Thinking of you as you are in the Philippines (but confusing me terribly with your blogging about Africa...that's okay...)
Anyways I am reading a book right now by Anne Miettinen and her being with pastor Edwin and Nena Sonios. What an incredible story. Yup, we have too much to really see God working in North America the way they do. We don't need Him nearly as much as those in Africa or The Philippines or other places do, so we can't see Him as well. Quite frustrating that we 'think' we have so many needs. Our biggest need is to really need and want Him more.
Be blessed. May He fill you to overflowing.
Blessings to you and your household there and at home.
